Sexy Albuquerque...

It’s amazing how sexy Hollywood can make your city look. Tonight I was watching the USA Network show "In Plain Sight" (IMDB :: Wikipedia), which is based and filmed here in my hometown of Albuquerque, NM. One of the shots early on in tonight’s episode was of downtown after dark and I could not figure out where in downtown they used for their shot.

It just totally did not look anything like Downtown Albuquerque does after dark. They made downtown look sexy and glamorous, two things its not after dark (trust me, I've been downtown after dark, and ya, it’s not anything near glamorous or sexy). Watching this show, and others shot here in Albuquerque and New Mexico, I am just amazed at how well they can make this place look. Granted, I know that is what TV is all about, but it still really does just amaze me.
