Picture Post - There's your problem...

I took this picture a few months back at my office. It should be noted that we were not doing any work on the building at this time. This is just the way I found this when I went to replace the ceiling tile. At least everything has wire nuts on it this time. I have seen other parts of the building where work was not done that clean.
