Weekly Weigh In - 2/21
I just did my weekly Saturday night weigh in before bed. Here are the numbers for this week.
Last week: 176.6 pounds.
This week: 174.6 pounds.
I lost 2 pounds this week.
Not as good as I really wanted it to be, even if I know its only .4 pounds less then I lost last week. Would have rather preferred it be closer to 3 pounds or more. Maybe I will try to add in some running to speed things up. Maybe I am just crazy too.
