Tomorrow (Tuesday) I turn 23, and I am really not sure how to feel about it. Part me say that "I am just another year older" and yet the other part of me says OMG, I am going to be 23 how can this be?. I was sitting in my office today thinking about that tomorrow is my birthday. I feel like it has just jumped up on me.

Just the other day it feels like it was the start of summer and my birthday was not even a thought in my eye. I feel that my birthday is not such a non thing now since it never really got celebrated last year. My grandma did take me out to dinner last year since my parents were in Ohio moving my sister to her intern site.

It is mainly my fault that my parents and I never did celebrate my birthday last year. I was supposed to tell them where I wanted to go, and I never did ever figure out where I wanted to go. I do not feel bad that my birthday never got celebrated last year, it just never happened.

But this year is different. My sister is in town and I already know where we are going. We are going to Tucanos Brazilian Grill and maybe to a movie if it fits. LOL. Making 5 very busy schedules work together is really really fun. LOL.

At the start of this week, my family made all these grand plans and I think we all must have forgotten our schedules because as these plans firm up, we find more and more stuff that we did not know about, did not want to know about, or just overlooked.

But I must say that the best part of my birthday is that I am going to be surrounded by the people that I love the most, my family.

So, am now 21, which I must feels no different then 20 (Big shock there, NOT).

So, around 12:01 am on Sunday my sister and I meet a friend for drinks at Chama River Brewing Co. I started the morning with their beer sampler (which I did not get charged for), which is 10 of there house beer which are brewed by there brew master person guy. Then I had a "Sandia Sunset", which is much like a "Sex on the Beach", which was very good. So, after getting me very tippys, we took off for Sandia Casino.

So, we started in the "Non-Smoking Room", which I must say there selection in there sucked. So, after playing penny and nickel slots, I found that I like quarter slots the best. I also found that I like putting the coins in, and not using the dollar changer thing on the slot it's self. So, at one point, I put a 5 dollar bill into a quarter slots, and started to play from that. Then at a point, after winning some, I changed out of that slot. So, now I have my bucket full of quarters. So then we start playing different slots, all the time, Kate (my sister), who must be the kiss of death in all things, was killing slots left and right

So, finally, after my friend left cus she has to get up for church (since that is her job right now), we found some quarter slots off of the main walkway. So, at this point, when I would win, I would cash out, but leave the coins in the drop thing, but I would keep playing with what was in my bucket. So, after I used up all that was in my bucket, I grabbed all my quarters, and headed for the cashier person. We cashed out, and left. At which point, my sister brought me back to my place.

So, after getting 100 dollars out of savings, here is how I did for the night.

So, I made 4.00 dollar on the evening, which is not bad. Anyway, it is really early in the morning, so I need to get some sleep. I had lots of fun, but now its time to sleep.

So, it came today. My new toy, and birthday gift from my parents arrived today. I just got done setting it up, and its great. I love it sooo sooo sooo much. LOL.

For you who do not know / do not remember, my parents got me a Dell 19" flat panel LCD monitor for my 21st birthday.

In other news, I have one month to the day until I turn 21. It still feels werid, cus it just seems like yesterday I turned 20. But, at least this birthday has a perk, I will be legal to do most things in life, so that is a plus to getting old. And yes, I am getting old, and its fucking with my body hard right now.

Right now, my body is in half teenager mode and half adult mode. When I say that, I mean my body still wants to stay up late, but I can no longer get 5 hours of sleep and be fine. It's gotten to the point, that my body will not even let me get up unless I have about 6.5 to 7 hours of sleep. Now, if I could just get the rest of me to goto sleep early, I would be set. LOL. So, I guess we call this LIMBO!

Well, I need to get back to the office. (yes, this is only my lunch break)
